This app is excellent for both beginner and more experienced practitioners. The guided meditations are great to start with, and then the timer is good for silent meditation. Its fun to see how many people are meditating all over the world too! My only wishes would be 1) that the now over 300 meditations would be categorized by type, such as breath, body scan, dharma talk, etc., and 2) that when you scan down the list, try something, then go back to the list, it would return you to the last position rather than having to start again from the top. A big time waster.
